Who We Are and Our Mission
Founded in 1971 and incorporated in 1974, Corry’s Fine Arts Council is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering the arts and stimulating interest in cultural activities. Our mission is to keep the arts alive for our community, enriching lives through exhibits and performances that bring residents closer together.
Over the past 50 years, we have hosted numerous renowned entertainers and events, including the Erie Chamber Orchestra and the Military Bands. Our commitment to providing quality entertainment continues to thrive, ensuring that the arts remain a vibrant part of Corry’s culture.
The Council is run by a dedicated volunteer Board of Directors, elected for three-year terms. Our Executive Officers, chosen from the Board, oversee the activities and ensure that our bylaws are regularly reviewed and upheld for the benefit of the community.
We are grateful for the generous support of our patrons, which allows us to continue enriching the Corry community through the arts. We invite you to join us in this mission by becoming a patron and supporting our ongoing efforts.
